1. What is included in the tour price?
Our tour price includes a guided tour through Deep Creek National Park, a gourmet picnic featuring local native ingredients, beverages (including Wattleseed Coffee and a glass of bubbles), and an immersive experience connecting with the region’s natural beauty. Transportation from your accommodation within the Fleurieu or by arrangement other areas such as Adelaide Hills and Adelaide CBD.

2. What type of outdoor activities are involved in the tour?
Our tours involve outdoor activities, including light walking, exploration of natural landscapes, and a 4WD experience. Guests should be prepared for activities in varying terrain and conditions.

3. How physically demanding are the tours?
Our tours include light walking and 4WD access to remote areas. You must be able to independently get in and out of the 4WD vehicle. Some routes may involve stairs or uneven terrain. 4. What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather conditions in the Fleurieu Peninsula can change quickly. We monitor conditions and may modify or cancel tours for the safety and comfort of our guests. In the event of inclement weather, we will either reschedule or offer a full refund.

5. Can dietary requirements be catered for?
Absolutely! We can cater to most dietary preferences and allergies, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and other special requests. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can tailor your picnic accordingly.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may reschedule based on availability. Tours may also be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. What should I wear and bring for the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for light bushwalking. A hat, sunscreen, and a jacket are also advisable depending on the season. We provide reusable water bottles, but feel free to bring your own. Please also be prepared for changing weather conditions.

8. Are children allowed on the tours?
Our tours are designed for adults seeking a premium food and nature experience, but we welcome families. Older Children may join the tour if desired.

9. How many people are on each tour?
Our tours require a minimum of 2 people and have a maximum of 3 guests to ensure a personalised and immersive experience.

10. Are personal belongings safe during the tour?
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour. We recommend keeping valuable items secure, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items.

11. Is there mobile coverage in Deep Creek National Park?
Mobile coverage is limited within the park, but we are equipped with UHF radios for communication in case of emergencies, ensuring your safety throughout the experience.

12. Can I take photos during the tour?
Yes, you’re welcome to take personal photos during the tour. However, by participating, you also consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in media, please inform your tour guide.

13. What kind of risks are involved in your tours?
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, our tours involve inherent risks due to outdoor activities, changing weather, and natural landscapes. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
