Some of our tours involve only minimal physical activities such as walking however we have selected easily accessible walks that can also cater to those less mobile. It is the responsibility of participants to assess their own health and fitness levels and ensure they are capable of participating in such activities.

Weather Conditions:
The weather can be unpredictable so we offer a weather guarantee. Please note for your safety and enjoyment some tours may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions such as rain, wind, or extreme temperatures. We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours in the event of inclement weather for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Photography and Media:
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us.

By booking a tour with Deep Creek Experiences you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and release Deep Creek Experiences and its affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
